The applications - apply apply apply

While browsing through the Facebook groups, I saw a couple of potential opportunities that I can apply for.  One was a volunteer role to be social media content creator, working close to Dan Lok.

It needs a 4 min video resume - and explained why I think I am the most suitable person for this job.  Did a video.  Not sure whether it is good or bad, sent it off.  Gosh I really need feedback on this.  "Don't call us, we'll call you".  So since I didn't received any calls, I guess I didn't get it.

2nd thing I did was applying for a closer role with a coach.  Did a brief intro via email and sent it off, she wants to have a chat next week!  Fantastic.  Maybe I don't need to role play? (this is me being full of myself. Of course I need to practice!)

My accountability leader got in touch with me.  She thinks that I should apply to be part of a HTM team.  OK, I didn't go to CIB, so didn't know much about the details of it, so I went and scroll through her old posts and see if there are anything there.  Turns out that she is very specific in what type of people she wants, wants to recruit members for her team.  Most importantly to me, she is already a very successful closer in her own right and I can definitely learn off her big time.   So, again, need to do a video resume.  This time, I sent it to my accountability leader for review.

It was shit.  Too long!  Waffled on too much {she didn't say that}!, Doesn't look too professional because my head was moving left and right because I was standing while filming and every time I change pose my head just bobble from left to fight...  and the tip that I need - cut it down to 5 mins max - and type out everything you need to say.

I just did what I was told and my video is 10x better.  Just like that.  Not only that, I got a message instantly from the HTM leader that she wants to have a chat!
