Someone posted a job onto the inner circle group that a company is looking for closers. They wanted a video resume. Video resume? What the hell was that? Can't they read off the paper instead? This topic was touched on in the training and I was terrified. I was so not going to do it, I am shit scared at looking at myself on film. But this is the criteria and if I was to have a chance of getting it, I have to do it.
I did it. I didn't practice and just did it, sent it, as if this is to tick something off the box.
I guess this is the first application new school style. It definitely won't be my last.
